Industry leaders in design and manufacturing of innovative waterproofing solutions, MULTIPANEL, has been listed as a finalist at The Endeavour Awards in the Excellence in Growth category following significant expansion of the business.
The Endeavour Awards are presented annually by Manufacturers’ Monthly, an Australian manufacturing online and print publication, and are recognised as one of the premier Awards Program within the industry.
MULTIPANEL join four fellow manufacturers in the Excellence in Growth Category which considers financial, people and market growth over a three-to-four-year period.
The three key indicators judges address are all crucial in achieving consistent growth over the long term of an organisation.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, MULTIPANEL has taken great strides as a business over the last four years, highlighted by a re-brand of the business to better reflect the forward-thinking ethos of the family run manufacturer.
Notably, in 2019 MULTIPANEL was awarded Product Innovation of the Year at the prestigious Australian Construction Awards, their lightweight, eco-friendly building panels which make waterproofing a simple and stress free process made them a standout against fellow nominees that year.
During this period of growth, MULTIPANEL has been averaging an operational increase of around 20% inclusive of production, innovation, and staff figures.
Financially, MULTIPANEL’s revenue has increased approximately 30% in the Financial Year-to-Date.
A key factor in the rapid growth of MULTIPANEL has been partnering with innovators in the modular bulking space, including MULTIPANEL products installed in quarantine facilities across the country throughout the pandemic.
Chief Executive Officer of MULTIPANEL, Brenton Russo, says the nomination is a just reward for the team who have worked tirelessly to improve the business across the board.

MULTIPANEL is set for further rapid growth in the coming years after securing the Victorian Government’s Manufacturing Growth grant, allowing the business to effectively double its manufacturing footprint, and provide a platform to move into a larger facility for production.
The 2023 edition of the awards will be the 20th anniversary of the program, and is a chance for all involved in manufacturing across Australia to celebrate the many successes within the industry.
Award winners will be announced on November 30, during the ceremony held in Melbourne.
